Antony has worked on numerous Hollywood films, including designing the opening and closing titles for the Oscar-winning film, 12 Years A Slave, two further Steve McQueen films, Hunger and Widows, as well as designing sequences for Denis Villeneuve's Arrival. He has also worked for many prestigious clients such as the BBC, Netflix, and the BFI.

Antony is an Emmy award-winner for special visual design.

In September of 2020, during a brief lifting of lockdown, Antony produced, directed and edited a short film about John Pearse, celebrity tailor and famous fixture of London's Soho for the last 35 years. The film was accepted into numerous international film festivals, and won 3 special awards. It is available to view here.

Although Antony is an Emmy award-winning designer, he has always loved writing and apart from these short stories he has written three full-length screenplays, two original and one adaptation, plus a short film based on his story 'Don't Go To Heaven Alone', and consistently reaches the latter rounds of prominent screenwriting contests with his work.

Antony was commissioned to write the short film 'Wild Boars' by director Nathan Hannawin, which was released in 2022.

Because of his disability, Antony works exclusively digitally.

Antony is a member of BAFTA.
